QEMU multi-core example

Here is an example, how QEMU runs multi-core programs, built with Circle, with the latest source from the develop branch. It was tested with @smuehlst's QEMU version, but works also with the latest QEMU without any patches.

You need the 64-bit toolchain (e.g. arm-gnu-toolchain-14.3.rel1-x86_64-aarch64-none-elf.tar.xz) from here installed on your development host. Then enter the following on your development machine:

git clone https://github.com/rsta2/circle.git
cd circle/
git checkout develop
git submodule update --init addon/lvgl/lvgl/
configure -r 3 -p aarch64-none-elf- --qemu --multicore 
makeall -j
make -C addon/lvgl/ -j
cd sample/43-multiwindow/
make
qemu-system-aarch64 -M raspi3b -kernel kernel8.img -device usb-mouse

You do not need to checkout develop any more. This should work from master branch now too.
