[Feature Request]: Consider optimising address model with usage of geocoder gem [Blocked] #58

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want a way to search doctors easily within a region.
I have two solutions in mind.
- User selects the city and we provide them with all the doctors within that city.
- We take user lat-long (via location permission) and based on that we suggest all the doctors.
