Comments and Activities are not combined into Activities

Describe the bug

1. If I add some notes in the comments tab, they are not showing under the activities section.
2. New Email in ERP should be added to the existing email thread which is continuing via Gmail account?

If I add some notes in the comments tab, they are not showing under the activities section.

Within the CRM module, for core doctypes such as Lead, Opportunity, and Prospect, the Activities and Comments sections have been separated at the core level. If we wish to merge or modify this behavior, it will require a core-level fix as this is not configurable through standard customization options.

New Email in ERP should be added to the existing email thread which is continuing via Gmail account?

Initially, Rahul mentioned that it was highly unlikely we would use ERP for communication, so we didn’t prioritize its implementation. However, it is definitely feasible to implement if required now.

Let’s discuss both these points with @rahul286 and the team next week.
