Search Bar for State Window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Scrolling on the State Window is unusually slow, so it doesn't scroll very much. But it is also hard to find a state when you have lots. it can lose time and suspense if mid-game you need to find an unfamiliar state.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a search bar that will search the available States and show the ones that match (or partially match via a checkbox option)
