Many Frameworks include this sort of dynamic initiative, I don't know how to implement it but shouldn't be hard
Describe the solution you'd like
When the round ends, rerooll and sort automatically all initiatives, first roll should be manual though since its fun to roll dice
Describe alternatives you've considered
The ideal would be reroll at the end of the round or beginning of the next as you click "next" but maybe It would only work with a custom macro to pass turns, if that's the only solution, maybe add other bells and whistles like an arrow to display the current round, focus the screen on that token, select it maybe...

Phergus from MapTool informed that there are no events (currently) tied to initiative, so, on the down side, I will have to create a new macro to passing turns and rounds, on the plus side since I'll have to make a custom macro for that, I can just as well add other tools to speed up and clarify combat
I did the macro to pass the turn, associated it to a brand new initiative tracker overlay with various features, tried to do the reroll initiative feature but it proved more complicated than anticipated. Still want to do it but I will put it on hold for now
