Faulty Cable

Ordered Flea-Scope on 2/18 (Order #243480) and received it ok. For about a month, I could not figure out why the scope was only intermittently working until I accidentally jiggled the USB-C to Micro USB cable. Turns out the cable I ordered with the scope had an intermittent connection very close to the USB-C end. Replaced the cable with one I just purchased from another outfit & all now seems OK.

Glad you got it working -- thanks for the update that may help someone else down the road. We've also had cases when folks bought what they thought was a data cable (with 4 wires) and it was just a charging cable (with 2 wires) -- the flea-scope lights up and looks happy, but you can't actually talk to it!
