Integrate rtk with framework

I think this kind of thing should be applied in framework level.

And I'd like to integrate this feature with my framework which orchestrates coding agents on kubernetes.

What would be the best way to integrate this..?

I thought that it can be integrated in

1. image level: download and install rtk in Dockerfile

2. framework level: add an init container that downloads and installs rtk to the container

What do you think? Any advice would be helpful.

And do we have a plan to adopt this to other coding agents(codex, gemini, opencode...)? Axon is not only for claude code so having a general way to apply rtk would be helpful.
