Rotate Azure access keys and update on the Rubrik side for Archival Locations

I understand there is already a Python script to rotate the AWS keys and update them into Rubrik. Can we get that ported for Azure as well?

Also, is the key that you want to update the RSA Key (not possible) or the Storage Account Access Key?

It would be the storage access key. We actually already have this script in rough form so I just slacked it to you.
