Missing file / hardcoded path

Hi!
The both paths in the collect.py are not correct.

1. If I understand it right, src should refer to /src/PBench-tool/LLM_tools/output/llm-llm-sql-metrics.json.
   Wouldn't it be better to use a relative path instead in the code
2. Moreover, it is unclear, to file /Users/zsy/Documents/codespace/python/FlexBench_original/simulator/one_last_exp/metrics_witho/llm1-llm1-sql-metrics.json should correspond. Giving it an empty file makes it fails, as the script tries to read that file.

Could you specify this and correct the paths?
