Decrypting Messages Should Not Be Scrapped If A Wrong Key Is Entered

When decryping a message, if the wrong key is entered once, the message will no longer be available for decryption. Ideally, a wrong key should be allowed (possibly a maximum number of times) without scrapping the message.
