Add Message Based on BTC TX Hash

Extend the app to allow messages to be created using a bitcoin transaction hash.

Would still generate a link necessary for decryption, and although the transaction hashes are public info, to decrypt a message one would have to know the url and the corresponding transaction hash in order to intercept it.

This can simply be a layer of abstraction and provides an alternative to an eternal blockchain-based memo.
