Update commit reference in potion-storage-customizer

Added support for insert mode

• When in insert mode, potions will now properly adjust/shift their positions in a manner that is functionally equivalent to the native insert mode

Added anti-drag functionality

• Automatically uses the drag delay value set in the anti-drag plugin (if enabled) to prevent accidental drags

Added configuration option to lock positions (i.e., disable dragging altogether)

• When the option is enabled, completely disables dragging functionality; useful for when user is satisfied with their potion positions and wants to lock them to prevent accidentally moving them
