Archive location not found?

Using the [example from the README](https://github.com/rust-build/rust-build.action#upload-output-as-an-artifact-or-use-with-other-steps) I get no output archives. It´s very silent after `packing`, I see no filenames nor checksum files generated. Any idea what could be wrong?
