Custom client remove from device list

Hi, we are using a custom client for the quick support (like Teamviewer QS). This works well like this. Now everybody how started the client, gets an entry in our device list and will also consume a license.
Is there a way to remove the quicker out of the list? We can only delete them, when they are offline (first disable and then delete).
Super nice would be, if they would not appear or clear them selves away from the device list.
