I was in vacation and came back after two weeks all the Tags are gone! Also the naming for some devices is gone and adress book is just filled partially. I reinstalled Rustdesk already and deleted all %appdata% folders beforehand but it did not work.

My two colleagues using the same account and they still have the Tags and adress book... why isn't it showing the same for me? We all three have the same account, how is that possible?

We are using the latest (1.2.3) and i was logging out and in multiple times. A reinstallation of rustdesk should already imply that i had to re-login....

Are you sure they can see different address book with you after they login/logout? The same login user account share the same adress book, there is only one address book on server side for the same user.

Super wierd since there is only one copy of data on server side.

Now my colleagues both logged out and in again and the tags are also vanished.... why is it overwriting this? we gave so much effort to tag and order all our devices

Our Terminal info looks like this:

Except for the tag count being 0, the terminal infos are normal.

@21pages We may need some versioning mechnism so that user can revert to old version of address book when they made mistake especially multiple users share the same account.

We can learn from database logging, log every action of address book modification, then we can revert back per logging.

@21pages https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/delete-contacts-or-restore-contacts-in-outlook-com-435db2fb-555e-493b-8bd0-ae9c39a2a622 this makes more sense, rememering deleted peers and tag (&associated peer ids)
