Microsoft removed Deskbands. Need to convert it to a "widget" whatever that is... Need to search docs.

Works on win11 with the use of the popular startallback(and probably others) which brings back the better taskbar. I absolutely hate the new taskbar/startmenu/contextmenus anyway so its a win for me.

@Doosty that's terrific!! I might just try upgrading again to 11 just for this! Though I would also like to make it work natively with the widgets in 11, but I can't find any docs from MS about that feature...

Even though the widgets are technically inferior since they're not visible at a glance and need to opened with the hotkey to be viewed.
