An option to make Telescope toggleterm_manager command to create a terminal if there's no terminal.

Normal the case, I trigger this function to find a terminal and jump into it.

And now I need to

1. A shortcut to trigger Telescope toggleterm_manager to bring up the telescope interface
2. <C-i> to create the first terminal
3. <Enter> to jump into my first terminal

So it would be very nice if I can save the step 2 and 3. By just use one shortcut to smartly jump to my first terminal when there's no terminal at this moment.
