Ryan Schmitt's contribution to the final project for CSC 570 Bio Informatics.

Detects machine errors in pyroprints by looking for drastic correlation drops.

Also, the Makefile isn't a real makefile, since make doesn't like ':'. I just use it to remember what command and arguments compile and run this program.
