Do we need an NTSELFBALANCE opcode?

Answering from the perspective of a Precompile function (not an opcode):

It'd, indeed, make sense to offer contracts and EOAs a way to receive a summary of all of the NTs they own, instead of having to

• query them on a per-NT basis (which is only helpful if you know the ids of the NTs you own; you can't query the information about an individual NT w/o knowing what that individual NT is 🤷‍♂️) or
• go back in the history of blockchain, evaluating the whole history to calculate how much of each NT the address has been debited and credited across time.
