SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

The following license governs your NON-COMMERCIAL use of the Software.  Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

This Software License Agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you and the authors of this work (“we”) for the software made available in this GitHub repository, including all source code, and any related materials, documentation, files, media, and any updates or revisions we may provide (“Software”).
 
By using, copying, reproducing, adapting, modifying, distributing, or otherwise utilizing this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

We have no duty of reasonable care or lack of negligence, and we are not obligated to (and will not) provide technical support for the Software.

This License shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
