[Suggestion] Extend `CATEGORY_PAGES` in `chumweb/static_site_gen.py` #23

Extend CATEGORY_PAGES in chumweb/static_site_gen.py to take the categories into account which were added by PRs #22 and #24, then some of their descriptions (in the trailing comments) rectified by PR #27.

Mind to respect (i.e. to reflect) all the category dependencies denoted in freedesktop.org:menu-spec:apa, freedesktop.org:menu-spec:apas02, freedesktop.org:menu-spec:apas03, respectively the same comments in chumweb/package.py.
