Feature Request: Allow images to be displayed on screen

As Sal and the coworker approaching Sal's desk, I need the range of thoughts, idea, and feelings expressible in the crucial moments walking up to the desk to be unlimited. A picture is worth a thousand words and time is money. A reaction image, meme, macro, or other image displayed on screen opens a fast and profitable channel of communication (see strategy below under business justification). Sal could express, say, sadness by posting Sad Keanu, skepticism by posting Futurama Fry, or computer illiteracy by posting a picture of Bonzai Buddy. Approaching coworkers can then agile-pivot strategically or literally by turning around and walking away.
