Travis CI has following failed state for Ubuntu:

              **error: too early for operation, device not yet seeded or device model not acknowledged**

This link lead me to this one and running those commands to recreate/refresh the state.json file allowed me to get snaps tests running OK locally.

Nonetheless, run them manually in a local instance. As I don't use Snaps, I'm not sure if this is right, wrong, is the correct solution or if this does even belong in this formula
