About proxy app

Given the proxy example:

I do not understand the meaning of "host" in this context.
I want to do something like:

The original intention of the example is to proxy to different servers for different access hosts. Similar to nginx's multi-website configuration.

The host itself is also a filter. It checks whether the host part of the URL you request is consistent with the given host. If it is consistent, the match is successful, otherwise it fails.
