Sort and filter by release date / year

In today's landscape of "nostalgia" collections and giveaways, one can easily end up with hundreds of games in one's library which are really old and one would never realistically play them. This is exacerbated by the fact that such games were probably critically acclaimed at the time, so they take up the bulk of the results when sorted by something like critic score.

But of course, you would likely prefer playing a game release last year with a score of 85 than a game released 30 years ago with a score of 90... Ideally grouping by release year would be supported (#37) which would incorporate the best of both worlds.
