Clicking toolbar button submits form

Hi Sameer,

first of all, I really like your rte.

I noticed that when you use the rte inside a html form the form gets submitted when you click one of the rte's toolbar buttons. That's because the default button type is "submit". A simple solution would be to add type="button" to the toolbar buttons.

If you want I can open a pull request.
