[Feature]: Status bar visibility: Batter percentage and seconds on clock

Problem Statement

When looking in the Status bar visibility, I instantly noticed a few things missing from it, compared to Android's System UI tuner: Showing battery percentage always, only when charging, or not at all; and showing seconds in the clock
Alongside a few others, like Ethernet, and Camera/Mic use chip visibility

Proposed Solution

If the two were implemented, it would complete the status bar icons feature, as it would incorporate just about everything from System UI Tuner

That is true, I missed those... Not sure about privacy chips as I need to see fi they are removable without root... let's see
