[Bug]: Force stopping app causes crashes when reopening

Bug Description

When Force stopping the app, the app refuses to open even with data and cache reset, reinstalling the app stops it until force stopping again. I noticed it happens when giving the shizuku permission then force stopping

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app and give the app shizuku permission
2. Close it
3. Long press the essentials app and go to app info
4. Force stop the app
5. Open it
6. See error

Expected Behavior

Supposed to run back fresh

I think this might be an Android version related bug as I never experienced or heard before. I will try to replicate on a simulator if I could set-it up to run Android 11, otherwise, logs will help a lot.

Can not reproduce even on an Android 11 device. And the force stopping the app is an edge case that also not possible on newer devices when the app gains certain permissions so might be an Android bug.
