Airbnb Pricing Predictions

A Statistical Model to predict the optimal Airbnb Listing price in NYC given listing information (e.g. bedrooms, type of bed, location, ratings) and taking into account seasonality data. Deployed at https://airbnb-pricing-prediction.onrender.com/.
