Can security enhanced sandboxes protect autohotkey or other similar mouse macro software from game detection?

I hope it can't find any process running outside sandbox.
And some mouse driver calls from outside the sandbox will not be found either.
This game does not have a high authority anti-cheat program like battleye. (It's not an eSports game, so it's just some anti-BOT detection)
