This is the culmination of a series of PRs to get the code that I've been working on checked in so that Randy or Braden can take over the spot analysis work.

Where do we keep scripts that are used as parts of experiments? For lack of a better spot I'm putting them here, but maybe what would be better is if we build a reference list of experiments on sandialabs/OpenCSP and the actual experiment code is located in forks such as https://github.com/bbean23/OpenCSP.
