I have installed the plug-in but the share button does not appear beneath activity updates that I want to share groupwide.

I am running WP 4.9.4 and Fortune theme; I'm using rtMedia to upload photos. The share button appears for text only activity updates, but not for updates that have a photo attached via rtMedia.

Is this a BP Activity Share problem or an rtMedia problem?

Have you checked if it is enabled by the back-end settings?
