The satakey proiject has been abandoned satackey/action-docker-layer-caching#347. Another repo has taken over this work. It is active and has resolved recent github action deprecation issues.

The docker layer caching action appears to be causing issues with the intergration test job. The output includes several warnings of deprecated features. docker compose steps after this action are unable to complete updating to a fork of the action that is maintained satackey/action-docker-layer-caching#347

v0.0.11and olderBoth this and the underlying push-prebuilt-action repositories seem to be abandoned and this repo is throwing a couple deprecation warnings. I have addressed those and published a new release. Would be happy to add others on as maintainers as well if I wind up lacking time.
