[BUG]: The back to top button affects the style of the page turn button

Describe the bug
If ShareLinks are not set, when scrolling to the bottom, the "Back to Top" button will squeeze the "Next Page" button to the left.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clear ShareLinks
2. Enter the article details page
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Observe the style of the next page button

Expected behavior
The "Back to Top" button should not affect the style of the page navigation buttons.
