An English version of the Oekaki bulletin board that can use Paint BBS and Chicken Paint has been created.
If the browser language is Japanese, the UI and error messages are Japanese.
If the browser language is other than Japanese, the UI and error messages are in English.
English must be supported for use abroad.
However, creating the English version and the Japanese version separately has many drawbacks and increases the amount of work.
Also, if you create it as an English version or a Japanese version, you can only operate in different languages.
Based on the reflection points of the English version of POTI-board, we created a Petit Note for automatic language switching.

PaintBBSとChickenPaintが使える英語バージョンのお絵かき掲示板が出来ました。
ブラウザの言語が日本語なら、UIもエラーメッセージも日本語です。
ブラウザの言語が日本語以外なら、UIもエラーメッセージも英語です。
日本以外でも使ってもらうには英語への対応が必要です。
しかし、英語版と日本語版を別々に作る作業はデメリットが多く、作業量も増えてしまいます。
さらに、英語版で固定したり、日本語版として固定したバージョンを作ると、それぞれ別言語でしか運用できません。
POTI-boardの英語版の反省点を踏まえて、言語自動切り替え版のPetit Noteを作りました。
まだ翻訳の確認と動作確認が十分ではありませんが、検証が終わり次第リリースします。
