HOW TO PIN LATEST RELEASE

The apt repository on my installation of Ubuntu 24.04.1 does not contain Liquidsoap 2.3.1 so how can I update to this version, please?

I have issued the following:

opam pin -ny git+https://github.com/savonet/liquidsoap

but this seems to allow me to install the latest rolling release of Liquidsoap rather than the currently stable version.

How can I install the currently stable version, please.

You can do:

git clone git@github.com:savonet/liquidsoap.git
cd liquidsoap
git checkout v2.3.1
opam pin -n .
