Features request: Resuming last session, caching/uncaching single songs, monochromatic theme

I love the app! I have a few ideas/requests, that I haven't seen anywhere yet.

• Whenever I restart the app, it does not remember the last session, as most other apps do. I'd like it to remember the last queue/playlist that I was listening to when I closed the app (and the song that was last playing). - someone already mentioned it; my bad

• I know I can go to Info of a single song and remove it from cache, but I can't find any way to cache a single selected song. It would be best to have it on the long-press as Cache/Remove-from-cache item.

• I'd really appreciate a monochromatic theme for the app. I'm using a color correction on my screen most of the time (fully desaturated) and without the colors it's difficult to recognize whether the Repeat or Shuffle icons are highlighted or not.

As a quick answer, I'm using the soundcloud theme, but totally desaturated. Honestly, it works quite nicely. The only issue here is the problem with the small icons (shuffle, repeat) which could be lighter when deactivated and way darker when activated. In this theme they are grey when deactivated and orange when activated, but when you desaturate this orange color, its brightness is almost identical to the grey one, which makes it illegible when desaturated.

If I may add to the feature request 2, there currently is no way (at least as far as I am concerned) of uncaching an entire album or playlist. Having an option similiar to single songs would be nice.
