Fix Footer Design on Contribute Page

📝 Description

The footer on the Contribute page is visually inconsistent with other pages.

🚀 Proposed Fix

• Update footer styling to match:
  • Layout structure
  • Spacing
  • Background gradient
  • Icon alignment
• Ensure theme consistency (light & dark mode).

🎯 Expected Outcome

Uniform footer design across the entire website.
