Add Website Logo (Favicon) to Feedback Page

📝 Description

The Feedback page does not display the website logo in the browser tab.

🚀 Proposed Fix

• Add favicon inside :
  <link rel="icon" type="image/png" href="../assets/logo.png">
• Ensure it works in both local and deployed environments.

🎯 Expected Outcome

Consistent branding across all pages.
