Modifier key to open note in new window

Hi and thanks for this workflow, which is terrific to work decently with Notes. It does everything one could ask, but I was wondering if there could be a way to add a modifier key (control-enter?) to open the note being searched (with n) in a new window rather than the main Apple Notes one.

The rationale is, you work on something, which will often be in the main window, and if you search for another note to edit or reference, you will want to do so without losing your place in the note you are currently editing. Having a command for opening the note in a new window would solve this. Otherwise, it just replaces what you are working on.

Unfortunately this has been requested before and is not currently possible unless you do GUI scripting to open the new note, do "open note in new window", then go back to the first note. I don't think it's worth it because it will look pretty janky and distracting even when it works correctly, and will break when the Notes app is changed.
