Feature request: Language Switcher #1808

I need a default language switcher because many apps are using multiple languages: German, French, Italian...
At the moment every application places a langauge switcher at different position. So its hard for user to find it.
Many users are speaking multiple languages so it's very common that they switch their languages / are using multiple languages. For example to practise their language skills in other language.
It is also not alaways possible to detect the starting user language based on Browser Language, Login Id Token so its very common that the user needs to swtich the language.
Describe the solution you'd like
A language switcher in header like sbb.ch has.
A language swticher should support 4 languages +2 reserve = 6 languages
Some apps don't use sidebar or hamburger nav -> so it should not be placed there.
It should be possible to switch the language if you are not logged in.
