Add support for Razer Raiju v3 PRO controller #108
Description
DS4Windows doesn't detect the Razer Raiju v3 PRO controller.
I'm not entirely certain what all info about the controller is required, but here's what I've got. If anything else is needed that I can provide please let me know.

VID/PIDs. I just grabbed everything from the Device manager's Hardware IDs section.
