Error rendering macro

We've whitelisted the Tableau server in confluence and vise-versa. When adding a workbook and view, I get the following error on save.

Error rendering macro 'tableau-plugin' : com.atlassian.renderer.v2.macro.MacroException: unexpected error: please contact your confluence or tableau server administrator: java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: Tableau Server/trusted

Make sure you include: https:// or http:// in the server url configuration
