The unit installed is sci-oer but the unit that must be run is scioer. Can we pick one?

Sort of, I made a mistake with the original version that I published and now the '-' in the pip install name cannot be removed. I can change the local command to include the '-' but that feels bad to me.

can we print out a message once it is pip installed to tell them how to run it?
