If NDTP packets are dropped when sequence number rolls over, dropped packets goes negative. #66

When running synapsectl read, if packets are dropped between a sequence number rollover, the calculation for dropped packets will get a negative number of packets lost. This most often occurs in high-packet loss sessions.
