Welcome to the taverna_lite wiki!

Taverna Lite is a prototype interface which is provided to support easy inspection and modification of workflows.

Taverna Lite is being developed at Cardiff University as part of the BioVeL project. Taverna Lite provides a web-based interface that allows easy inspection and modification of Taverna workflows.

With Taverna Lite, users can annotate and perform a predefined set of modifications on biodiversity workflows by leveraging workflow components and their associated repositories in my experiment.

By combining Taverna Lite with Taverna Player, it is possible to create a simplified and easy to use web-based workflow management system.
