The code isn't provided as a NuGet package

It would be interesting to distribute the code as a signed NuGet package. I can fork the code, create & upload the package, but I think it's better for the maintainer to sign it with his keys and distribute it under his name.

Thanks for the input. Is it common to have pre-production quality libraries on NuGet? My thinking was that since the library isn't really in production shape yet, particularly with respect to the Gtk# support, adding it to NuGet might be premature.
