[PlayStation Audio] Audio needs to be converted

The audio for the PlayStation library needs to be converted into:
OGG/OGA
M4A
WAV
MP2
MID
FLAC
ALAC
AIFF

This has to be done for:

PlayStation 1 startup sound (x24 conversions for 3 files) 24 total
PlayStation 2 startup sound (x24 conversions for 3 files) 48 total
PlayStation 3 startup sound (x8 conversions for 1 file) 56 total
PlayStation Portable startup sound (x8 conversions for 1 file) 64 total
