Hi,
where exactly did you drop it? It should drop fine between "reply" and "smart reply" for example. I just noticed that it will not be shown directly after dropping is, you need to re-select a mail with a vcal attachment. Then it should be visible.

When you open an email with a calendar attachment, does the large "ICS" logo show up? |
Same issue here. The respective multi part headers in my example are:
|
@phax Could you also test with the sample mails? |
so even if i click at TB import saved message i get it like that....might this have to do with the setting that i only have/reply/write plain-text emails ? Sorry for my late reply in this matter ...im back online agian ;-) |
@sebastianha Sorry - I decided not to further follow this plugin, so I don't check the test mails. Good luck anyway. |
Ok, i think this is a problem, there is no ics-file attached and we've got the calendar via an exchange server, might this be the case of not showing the button ? |
If you can upload or forward (as attachment) me the mail I could take a look into it. I try to detect embedded calendar entries by various ways with this addon. |
I will close this issue for now as I cannot reproduce this problem without sample data. |
Bug 1: There is no icon for your add-on in the "Customize Toolbar" window. The text is shown as "Download ..." (This bug has occurred with many add-on since the release of TB60ESR) Bug 2: When the "Download ..." is dragged from the "Customize Toolbar" windows to the Mail Header buttons, no icon appears and it disappears from the "Customize Toolbar" window. Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon @sebastianha could you please advise if you need more information. Thank you |
Sorry for the long waiting time, I am quite busy right now but I will look into it! |
Perhaps the Customize Toolbar missing Quicktext icon issue and included code fixes can help. |
Just to +1 this issue. I had so much hope for this plugin :-( |
@dogsbody Do you have a sample mail I can take a look at? Perhaps it's somehow different and is not being recognized. You can forward (as attachment) it to sfoa –at– omoco –dot– de |
I have the same issue. No button, and dragging from customize menu doesn't show it either. Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS, Thunderbird 60.9.0 64-bit. |
Hallo Sebastian,
i could write in german too but will write in english.
Ive got osx, TB 60.5.1(64bit) and your plugin 0.2.3
Installation worked smooth, and i can see that i'm allowed to place the proper button, but ...its not placed....if im drag/drop it wont let me drop it.
