No Devices Present when attempting to configure the integration

Hi All,

I;ve been going around in circles trying to get my XD 4 zone timer to appeare in HA. i have it configured in the phone app along with the Gen 2 WiFi hub and when attempting to configure the intgration after successfully logging into my account it shows no devices

debugging logs show the below

i've confirmed that the timer is named in the app on my phone and have attempted a hard reset to no avail.

any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Turns out my orbit b-hyve account was duplicated on signup. i contacted support via chat and they removed the second account with no devices in it and then the original account showed both the timer and hub and the integration then detected the timer successfully.
